Insight's Pay Rates & Cancellation Policy
Insight is an in-network provider that works with many health insurance plans. Please inquire to learn if your plan is in-network. If you do not have coverage or if you are considered out of network, the Self-Pay rates indicated will apply.
Copays, deductibles, and co-insurance are due prior to start of session.
Cancellation policy - At least 24 hours before scheduled time
Self-pay rates are $130/hr. *(Sliding scale available)
*There is a $50 no-show fee.
Our business is small and cancellations and no-shows negatively impact our ability to operate. We ask that you please try to only make appointments you can commit to. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
