At Insight Mental Health & Therapy, our mission is to provide compassionate and high-quality mental health care. A trained therapist will help you to explore and understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be causing you distress or interfering with your daily life. We help adolescents and adults navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, bipolar disorder and many other related conditions through evidence-based practices.
Rosemary is a License Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is fluent in English and Spanish. She has extensive experience working with adolescents as an educator and athletic coach. She uses an integrative approach to psychotherapy with a strong focus on CBT to treat a diversity of mental disorders.
